**Batch Label Creation**

For creating multiple labels with different data (e.g., address labels for a mailing list), use the CSV import feature:
1. Prepare a CSV with column headers matching label fields
2. Import the CSV
3. Each row creates one label
4. Download the full sheet as a single PDF

**Printing Tips**

1. Use the correct Avery sheet code for your label paper.
2. Test print on plain paper first to check alignment.
3. Most printers have a label paper setting — use it for best results.
4. For high-volume printing, a laser printer is faster and more cost-effective than inkjet.
